Orders will be dispatched within 2-5 business days from purchase. We aim to be rather faster than slower.
Notice that Your Order may be delayed during campaign or sale.
Orders will be dispatched as a parcel via the Finnish postal service Posti and UPS.
We ship almost worldwide. Delivery charges are based on the weight and size of the order.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have provided. You will also receive a notification once your order has been packed and is ready to be dispatched. You can track the status of your order via your customer account. If you have any question about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We offer Paytrail as payment method. Payments will be withdrawn once order is completed.
VAT of 24% is included in the purchase, and there will be no extra fees for VAT. Paytrail-gateway service transmits your payment to the merchant. All Finnish banks are available as a payment method. Our service is a registered payment-institution under the supervision of the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) and Paytrail Corporation-ID: FI25528653), maintains this service.
The Collector billing-services are for 20 and over Finnish citizens for purchases up to a maximum of 1000€.
After selecting the method of your payment, the transaction process enters the selected payment system. After completing the transaction and when returning to the webshop where the order itself was made, information of a successful payment is immediately transferred to the merchant. The payment is transferred to an account managed by Paytrail (Corporation-ID: FI25528653) and then transferred to the merchant.
Payments can be made with all credit cards accepted by the Finnish Nets. The webshop acts as a seller and delivers the product and it also manages the legal obligations involved in the trade. When a purchase is made with a credit card, the trade happens between the customer and Paytrail, which is the recipient of the payment and an official business partner of the Paytrail Service. The payment will be transferred to the seller’s bank account by Paytrail.
Right of return
The standard 14 days of returning time applies. However, please note that for fabrics cut to length, we offer only 7 days complaints policy from collection or receipt of the product. The withdrawal period is counted from the date of receipt of delivery. The right applies if the goods are unused and undamaged. If you decide to use this right of withdrawal and return the product, you are responsible for the freight and transport risk. When we have received the goods and found that it is unused and undamaged, we will refund the amount you paid for the item except shipping and any administrative fees.

Please note that the right of return does not apply to custom-made products, cut-to-length fabrics or piece/sale fabrics.
Each custom-made dress is unique - a single piece, made just for you and there is no right to return.

Please check the condition of the fabric before pre-washing and cutting. It is impossible to estimate at what point a fabric error has occurred if you have already cut or wash it. In this case, the responsibility for the error passes to the consumer. We will always try to replace defective product with a similar one if it’s possible.
Always ensure that the fabric is flawless before you cut or wash it. Fabric that you have already cut can unfortunately not be returned.
Tinttamari’s sewing patterns are for Personal use only! Sharing the patterns with third parties is strictly prohibited. This also applies to .zip packages for pdf-patterns. Downloadable pdf patterns may not be sold in advance, as .zip packages or as self-printed.
You can’t borrow patterns to anyone, draw for anyone for a fee, described (instructions of patterns), distributed in social media or local newspaper.
Using patterns for commercial purposes is ABSOLUTELY forbidden.
The item returned must be unused and undamaged. When we have received the item, we will refund the amount you paid except the shipping cost and any administrative fees. Do not send the goods cash on delivery, but the easiest way possible to:

By ordering a digital product, you, as the customer, agree that the digital content can be downloaded from an email after payment and that it has no right of return.
